Wednesday
Deep edges and agility training (Crossovers, tight turns and transitions)
Edges are the building block to every skill your player will need to be a successful skater. We will break down their edges and challenge them with drills that will force them out of their comfort zone to further their development.
Friday
Forward skating stride mechanics/technique and power (June-July 15)
The goal for every player is to be as efficient in their stride as possible. Fridays will breakdown your players stride mechanics with the help of video, muscle memory exercises and drills to isolate your players stride deficiencies.
Pre-Season Conditioning/stamina training and power (July 22- Aug 19)
As the season nears its time to pick up the pace and get our conditioning to the point that we are ahead of the pack when they play their first game. The last half of summer, our Friday skates transfer from stride mechanics to our conditioning skates. We will use fun and challenging drills to ramp up your player to be season ready.
